This process uses durable and vibrant inks that promote strong adhesion and excellent longevity. With a robust resistance to fading and scratching, solvent printing is ideal for both indoor and outdoor applications. Additionally, there is no need for lamination which makes solvent printing very affordable.

This state-of-the-art printing process uses ultra violet light to cure the
ink onto a wide variety of rigid and flexible substrates. Once cured, the
ink is bonded to the substrate and will not require lamination. UV ink, in
conjunction with UV light, provides great longevity and vibrance to a
multitude of graphic applications.

finishing
Orbus uses standard finishing to complete Coyote Murals, Orbital Truss panels and custom graphics. Our techniques include trimming the graphics and applying magnets, velcro or other finishing hardware.

two grand format, direct to fabric dye sub printers, we eliminate print steps and create fast and efficient work flows. This high speed process produces vibrant, six color output up to 3 meters wide!

All dye-sublimation fabric graphics must be finished to maintain shape and quality. At Orbus, graphics are always finished according to the frame or system. All sewing is completed by the graphics sewing department.

Our HP's have excellent color and high resolution output. All graphics must be laminated in order to be properly protected from scratching and fading.

Unlike UV printed graphics, all Aqueous Inkjet graphics must be laminated. Laminating will protect printed film from damage and scratches. The same standard finishing techniques, such as applying magnets or velcro, are applied once the graphic has been laminated.
